As part of the TACKLE IT action plan – Rugby League versus Discrimination, the RFL will host a Listening Session for LGBTQ+ players, coaches, volunteers and spectators on the evenings of Tuesday 27 and Thursday 29 October, 7pm-8, via MS Teams.
The forum will be a structured but informal conversation about the ways in which we can better support you and your community, and to help shape our future projects and initiatives. We want to hear about your lived experiences within Rugby League, gather your views on the next steps in the TACKLE IT anti-discrimination campaign, discuss issues and concerns, and share further ideas around welcoming environments and campaigning in Rugby League.
Join us to share your voice and ideas on what you think are the best ways we can all work together to support the LGBTQ+ community in Rugby League.
Everyone is welcome. Please email Andrea.Murray@rfl.co.uk to let us know which session you’d like to join.
