5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any details you provide (including contact details and payment information) are accurate and up to date.
5.3 All sales are subject to availability and our applicable refund and cancellation policies.

5A. Ticket sales via Ticketmaster

5A.1 Tickets for our matches, events and concerts may be sold via thirdparty ticketing partners, including Ticketmaster UK (the “Ticketing Partner”). Ticket sales made through a Ticketing Partner are subject to that partner’s own terms and conditions of sale, in addition to any eventspecific terms issued by us as the event organiser or promoter.

5A.2 When you purchase a ticket through Ticketmaster, your contract for the ticket purchase is with the relevant event organiser/promoter identified in the booking journey, and Ticketmaster acts as an authorised agent for the sale of those tickets.

5A.3 You must review and agree to Ticketmaster’s terms of use, ticket purchase terms, and any special event conditions at the time of booking. These may cover important matters including entry conditions, resale restrictions, limits on the number of tickets per customer, age restrictions, refund and cancellation policies, and venue rules.

5A.4 Our Website may link to Ticketmaster’s platform for the purpose of purchasing tickets. We are not responsible for the content, availability, performance or security of Ticketmaster’s website or services, and your use of those services is at your own risk.

5A.5 Any personal data you provide directly to Ticketmaster in connection with a ticket purchase will be processed by Ticketmaster in accordance with its own privacy policy. We may receive limited booking information from Ticketmaster (for example, ticket type, event, and aggregated sales data) for reporting and operational purposes, and we will handle any personal data shared with us in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Usergenerated content

6.1 If you submit, upload or post any content to the Website or our social media channels linked from the Website (e.g. comments, photos, reviews), you grant us a nonexclusive, royaltyfree, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display that content in connection with the Website and our promotional activities.

LIVE EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE BELOW APPLIES TO ALL TICKETS PURCHASED VIA UNIVERSE/TICKETMASTER OR ANY OTHER OFFICIAL OUTLET. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND UPDATED AT ANY TIME. THE PURCHASE OF A TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLY AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO OBSERVE THEM.

Age Restrictions

We do not have an age restrictions and customers of all ages are welcome. Where necessary, ID checks will be carried out. We only accept a valid in date passport, driving licence or National proof of age ID card that displays the PASS hologram.

Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult (over 18).

Under 4’s go free.

Programme

We reserve the right to change the programme or running times without prior notice.

Admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission to the holder if, in the reasonable opinion of the organiser, the admission of the holder might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the event, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively.

Last Entry

Last entry will be published in advance of the event. No admission will be allowed after last entry.

Searches and Bag Policy

Everyone will be subject to search on entry to the main arena. Please cooperate with stewards who are conducting searches for your safety.

Before entering, searches of clothing and bags will be carried out. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from the event and may be handed to the Police. See below list of prohibited items.

We would advise you only bring a bag if you deem it imperative. Bags must not be greater than A4 size.

We also reserve the right to search whilst inside the event arena. Please assist our security teams by cooperating with all instructions. If customers refuse to be searched, they will be refused entry and refunds will not be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event for any reason including but not limited to customers being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or acting aggressively.

GENERAL TICKET TERMS

Accessible tickets are limited and therefore we kindly ask that you provide proof of disability within 3 weeks of purchasing your ticket. Failure to provide proof may result in your ticket being cancelled.

The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the event.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets can only be refunded if the event does not take place.

Please keep your ticket safe, under no circumstances will replacements be issued if they are lost.  Some tickets must be exchanged for an official wristband which must be visible at all times. Replacement wristbands will not be issued if lost.

Tickets should only be bought from authorised agents and not street sellers as you may be purchasing an invalid ticket. Reselling this ticket for profit or commercial gain will render it void.

No purchased tickets may be used for competitions or promotions.

Tickets, Wristbands and all other accreditation remain the property of the event and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to eject or refuse entry to any persons not wearing official accreditation from the event. Any individual acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by management inside an event area may be asked to leave.

Filming

CCTV is in operation at the event.

Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish us to use your picture, please inform the photographer. The events will be filmed and recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience.

Challenge 25

We operate a Challenge 25 Policy. You may be required to present proof of ID on entry and we only accept a valid in date passport, driving licence or national proof of age ID card that displays the PASS hologram.

Prohibited Items

Strictly no illegal substances are permitted within the event areas. There is a strict ZERO tolerance drugs policy.

No alcohol or glass to be brought into the event areas.

It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces.

We reserve the right to refuse admission and confiscate any item which may not be suitable at the event as well as a danger to others or the venue when entering. See the prohibited items list below.

There may be exceptions offered for our accessibility customers which will be communicated separately.

We reserve the right to prohibit any item or goods within our venues, including, but not limited to:

o    Any other articles which may be a danger to the public or cause nuisance

o    Any alcohol and food

o    Excessive amounts of cigarettes i.e. more than for personal consumption

o    Glass bottles, jars or containers

o    Chinese lanterns or sky lanterns

o    Illegal substances

o    Unidentifiable substances

o    Nitrous oxide & associated equipment (balloons, CO2 dispensers, cream dispensers)

o    Legal highs, New psychoactive substances (NPS) or equipment associated with NPS.

o    Portable laser equipment and laser pens

o    Fireworks / pyrotechnics

o    Flares / distress flares

o    Any goods for unauthorised trading

o    Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.

o    Any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.

o    Airhorns & megaphones

o    Spray cans

o    Oversized lighters

o    Catapults

o    Drones

o    Sound Systems

o    Animals other than guide dogs/hearing dogs/assistance dogs.

Drones

Any unmanned aircraft/drone, or radio controls of any size or type, will not be allowed into the event area as a condition of the ticket sale agreement. This is also the policy to any event area where no ticket is required by the public to attend such as queuing areas. If such a device, or controls for such a device, are found then the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and if necessary pass details to the police.

Complaints and Feedback

If you wish to send a complaint or feedback, please email and quote your booking reference number. We will aim to respond to complaints within 28 days, with a further 28-day extension added if a more in-depth investigation is required. The deadline for complaints received regarding the event is 30 days following the event.
