Following today’s meeting of the Rugby Football League Match Review Panel, two Keighley Cougars players have been suspended.
Kyle Kesik has been charged with Grade C Dangerous Contact.
The panel has ruled that Kesik committed dangerous contact whilst effecting a tackle during the first half in the victory against Hunslet.
As a result, the hooker has been given a two-match penalty notice by the panel.
Dane Chisholm has been charged with a Grade B High Tackle.
The panel ruled that the tackle, for which the half-back was sin-binned during the game, was of a reckless nature.
The panel has handed Chisholm a one-match penalty notice.
Both Kyle and Dane are available for Sunday’s visit to Doncaster with the penalty notices beginning for next weekend’s visit of the North Wales Crusaders to Cougar Park.
