Castleford ‘Lawkholme Lane’ Line-Up Confirmed

The return of Rugby League to Cougar Park this Sunday afternoon also means the return of our matchday extravaganza, Lawkholme Lane!

The highly rated entrance to Cougar Park on gamedays is back and this Sunday is a Jake Webster special to mark his Testimonial fixture against the Castleford Tigers.

And as always, we have plenty to come your way with a near 2,000 crowd expected to celebrate one of the true greats of the summer era.

Lawkholme Lane will be open, along with the turnstiles for general admission, from 1pm until shortly after kick-off.

Bringing you your hot food option, joining us from Castleford, is the much-loved Pizza Prima!

Providing fresh and made to order pizza’s from their famous portable pizza oven, their mouth-watering pizza’s will be just the winter warmer with a cold temperature forecast for Sunday afternoon.

For those of you who don’t fancy a pizza though, hot dogs and hot drinks will be available from the Keighley Cougars Pie Shop which is located next door the club shop.

The club shop itself will be shut on Sunday but they will be running a Jake Webster Testimonial Year merchandise stall so supporters can pick up their Jake replica shirts, polo shirts, snapbacks, and testimonial brochures to help support and raise more money for Jake and his testimonial.

But it doesn’t stop there when it comes to supporting Jake!

There will be both a silent auction and raffle on Lawkholme Lane with plenty of fantastic prizes to be bought and/or won on the day!

And there will be a silent auction and raffle in the President’s Suite for those of you in hospitality with hospitality open from 12:30pm ahead of food being served at 1pm.

And as always, there will be something on hand for the kids!

Kim’s Funky Faces will be on hand to provide that little bit of sparkle and lick of paint to occasion for both the big and little kids in attendance this Sunday.

And for those with the sweet tooth, there is the Sweet Shop to bring you that much needed sugar rush!

As always there will also be the Hall of Fame Bar and Bottle Bar for supporters to get their refreshments, whether that be alcoholic, soft, and hot drinks throughout the afternoon.
