Club Statement – Ladies Game Postponed

KEIGHLEY Cougars can today announce that Sunday’s Keighley Cougars Ladies fixture has been postponed.

Women’s Head Coach Dave Needham has confirmed a number of his side are currently self isolating after being notified of close contact to a positive Covid-19 case by Track and Trace.

Under Rugby Football League Covid-19 protocols, the decision has therefore been taken to postpone this weekend’s Women’s Championship fixture against the Halifax Panthers at Cougar Park.

This decision has been taken to protect the welfare of all involved and the Keighley Cougars wish those isolating all the very best and look forward to seeing them back in action very soon.

The club will make a further update in regards to tickets sold for Sunday’s fixture in due course.
