Cougar Park, the historic home of Keighley Cougars rugby league club, has been honoured with inclusion in the upcoming Keighley edition of the Monopoly board game. This special edition, developed by Keighley Town Council in partnership with Bradford Metropolitan District Council and Winning Moves, celebrates the town’s rich heritage by featuring local landmarks and institutions .
Established in 1876, Cougar Park has been a central part of Keighley’s sporting life for nearly 150 years. It has hosted numerous rugby league matches, including a game during the 1995 Rugby League World Cup and is a significant place in the Keighley community.
