For those of you in our SOLD OUT matchday hospitality for Sunday’s Jake Webster Testimonial game against the Castleford Tigers at Cougar Park, the testimonial committee have today issued the following information.
The information provided tells you all you need to know about hospitality at Sunday’s game and also includes the seating plan so you can familiarise yourself with the arrangements ahead of joining us at the weekend.
Please note that on the table plan, bookings are listed under the surname or business of the party lead.
MESSAGE FROM THE JAKE WEBSTER TESTIMONIAL COMMITTEE
Thank you for your support of the Jake Webster Testimonial Year and the Jake Webster Testimonial game against the Castleford Tigers on Sunday 22nd January 2023 at Cougar Park.
This letter is confirmation of your hospitality places with us this Sunday.
Hospitality will be open from 12:30pm, so please arrive between 12:30pm and 1pm.
The food is a Hog Roast provided by a sponsor of Jake Webster’s Testimonial and will be served from 1pm onwards.
The Hog Roast will be served in a similar fashion to a carvery, so do please be patient when your table is called up to be served during the meal.
The dress code is smart-casual with a colour scheme of black and gold to meet match Jake Webster’s testimonial merchandise.
Please arrive at the main entrance on Royd Ings Avenue where a member of staff will be at the main gate to check you in and ensure a fast and easy entry into Cougar Park.
There will be a silent auction in the hospitality area with other auctions and raffles also taking place throughout the afternoon.
