Following today’s meeting of the Rugby Football League Disciplinary & Compliance departments, a Keighley Cougars player has been suspended following Sunday’s victory over the Swinton Lions.
Dan Parker has been charged with Grade C Dangerous Contact by the panel, and as a result has been handed a two-match suspension.
The panel ruled that Parker used dangerous contact whilst making a tackle in the 11th minute of the game last weekend.
This means that Dan will be unavailable for our fixtures away at the West Wales Raiders and at home to the Rochdale Hornets.
However, he will be available for selection for this weekend’s visit of the London Skolars to Cougar Park.
