The Challenge Cup Round Three draw was made tonight on BBC iPlayer and it’s knocked up some brilliant ties.
Round three sees the Championship sides enter the draw meaning we have some huge teams enter into the pot but there’s still plenty of amateur sides there too.
The draw took place at Featherstone Rovers’ stadium and Sean Long’s men were the first team out of the hat and drawing fellow Championship side Halifax Panthers.
Keighley Cougars have been drawn away to old foes Hunslet RLFC.
Amateur side York Acorn have the difficult task of heading to Odsal to face Bradford Bulls, who will be looking to lift the trophy for the first time since 2003.
Third round ties will take place on the weekend of March 11th and 12th with details of each respective game being announced in the coming days.
