Following last night’s meeting of the independent operational rules tribunal, we can today provide an update on Billy Gaylor.

Billy pleaded guilty to the charge of Other Contrary Behaviour, however challenged the original grading of a Grade B offence from last Thursday’s disciplinary and compliance panel meeting.

The challenge of the grading was successful, and the tribunal have now lowered the grading to a Grade A offence.

As a result of this, Gaylor’s punishment was downgraded to a zero-match penalty notice and a £75 fine.

This means Billy is no longer suspended and free to play in our fixture away at the North Wales Crusaders next weekend.
